There are certain things our guests come to associate with a stay at Living Valley.
The products in the bathroom. The ingredients on the table. A favourite tea. The skincare discovered during some much-needed time away. Sometimes it's the smallest parts of a retreat that find their way into everyday life once you return home.
That's part of the reason the Living Valley Health Shop exists.
Our shelves bring together Living Valley's own products alongside natural health, skincare, body care and everyday essentials we've chosen to be part of our world.
Here are a few you'll recognise from around the retreat.
The Saya products in your room
If you've stayed with us, chances are you've already met Saya.
We use Saya body and hair care throughout our guest accommodation, including shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Born in Noosa, Saya's Australian botanical approach feels very much at home here. And it's not unusual for guests to ask us where they can find the products they've been using during their stay.
So, naturally, you'll find them in our shop too.
From the Argan Shampoo and Conditioner to Lime & Lemongrass Body Wash, Hand & Body Lotion and beautiful body oils and balms, they're an easy way to bring a familiar part of the Living Valley bathroom home.
The Living Valley pantry
Food is a big part of life at Living Valley, and some of our most enduring products are also some of the simplest.
Our own Living Valley range includes pantry and wholefood staples such as Australian Bee Pollen, Organic Barley Grass, Living Greens Powder and Australian Lake Salt.
They're products that reflect an approach we've followed for decades: start with quality ingredients and keep things considered.
Some will already be familiar to past guests. Others are simply useful additions to an everyday pantry.

Giselle Eve Rose Tallow Balm
Skincare has become another important part of the Living Valley world.
Created by Living Valley CEO Giselle Martin, Giselle Eve grew from her long-standing interest in natural health, ingredients and skincare.
One of the collection's signature products is the Rose Tallow Balm, handmade using certified organic grass-fed beef tallow alongside macadamia, jojoba and rosehip seed oils and a blend of aromatic essential oils.
Rich and beautifully textured, it's designed to be used as a moisturising balm and makes a particularly lovely addition to an evening routine.
A cup of something good
Sometimes wellness looks much less complicated than we're led to believe.
Putting the kettle on. Stepping away from the screen. Sitting somewhere quiet for ten minutes.
Our collection of herbal teas and hot drinks is there for exactly those kinds of everyday moments. Choose something you genuinely enjoy and make the ritual itself part of slowing down.

We'd rather offer a considered mix: our own Living Valley products, beautiful Australian brands, natural skincare and body care, pantry staples, supplements and other products that align with the way we think about everyday wellbeing.
Some you'll discover for the first time online. Some you may have used while staying with us.
