From the Retreat to Home

Living Valley Health Shop has always been closely connected to life at the retreat.

Some of the products on our shelves are part of the everyday Living Valley experience. They're the body and hair care you'll find in our guest rooms, ingredients used in our kitchens and wellness essentials that have become familiar to guests over the years.

Others are products we've discovered along the way and come to love — from beautiful Australian brands to natural skincare, health products and everyday essentials that complement the way we live at Living Valley.

For many of our past guests, the shop is also a way to rediscover something they loved during their stay. A familiar body wash, a favourite tea or an ingredient they want to keep using at home.

For those who haven't visited us yet, it's an invitation to discover some of the products that are part of our world.

Our Living Valley Range

At the heart of the shop is our own Living Valley range, developed over decades alongside the retreat.

From Australian Bee Pollen and Organic Barley Grass to Living Greens and Australian Lake Salt, the collection brings together wholefoods, pantry staples and wellness essentials that have become synonymous with Living Valley over the years.

Many first found their place within the retreat before becoming part of our guests' own routines at home. They're simple, considered products that have stood the test of time — and remain an important part of what we do today.

Our own collection continues to evolve, too. Giselle Eve, created by Giselle Martin, brings her long-standing passion for natural health and skincare into the Living Valley Shop, with thoughtfully made products including the Rose Tallow Balm.

Together, these ranges represent something particularly special to us: products that have grown directly from the Living Valley story.

With so much choice in health and wellness, we believe what we choose to put on our shelves matters.

We look for quality ingredients, thoughtful formulations and products that have a genuine place in everyday life. Wherever possible, we favour Australian made, grown and owned, along with natural and organic options and brands that take a considered approach to how their products are made and sourced.

We don't believe living well needs to be complicated. Often, it's found in the small things — what you add to your breakfast, the products you use in your shower, the skincare you reach for at the end of the day or simply taking the time to make a cup of tea.

Living Valley Health Shop brings those things together in one place, shaped by more than 35 years of Living Valley and chosen to become part of life beyond the retreat.
