DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Apply 2-3 pumps topically as needed onto your desired location and gently massage into skin. Allow at least 20 minutes for maximum absorption before showering or washing the area of application.

Ideal areas for applying this oil include soles of feet, stomach, lower back, calf muscles, neck and shoulders.

For relaxation and better sleep apply to soles of feet

10-20 minutes before bed.

It is normal for Magnesium oil to cause a slight tingle upon application. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Do not apply to broken skin. For external use only.

Avoid contact with eyes.
