Zea - Kunzea Honey 250g

Tasmania’s Best-Kept Natural Secret! One of the rarest varieties of honey in the world, Zea Gourmet Kunzea Honey is organically harvested from happy bees foraging in the remote and pristine wilderness of North-East Tasmania and Flinders Island. Zea are one of the first in the world to supply this native honey that has been produced from the nectar of the Kunzea ambigua flower. This remarkable miracle of nature is only ethically harvested once a year in Spring from bees that pollinate the native Kunzea ambigua flower during a short seasonal window. For every five drums of other common native honeys, you can only get one drum of Kunzea - making it very rare. Once Zea run out, that’s it until next season! Boasting a smooth, buttery consistency and delightfully sweet taste, this refined, singular harvest has been left unaltered going straight from the hive to your home. Drizzle it over crumpets, spread it on toast, stir it into porridge or eat it straight off the spoon. 100% raw, cold-extracted and unprocessed, the highly nutritious and natural medicinal properties of this beautiful golden nectar have been preserved for your enjoyment. It is truly one of nature's special gifts – and it’s so delicious! If you want a signature taste of Australia, this is it.
