Face Mask: Mix one level tablespoon of green clay with one to two teaspoons of filtered water to a smooth creamy paste. Apply a thin layer to the skin and remove after 5 - 20 minutes with a damp cloth. Alternate with Living Valley White Clay to not only draw toxins but to assist in dispelling them from the skin.

Poultice: Liberally apply a smooth, creamy paste to affected areas. Allow to dry before removing with clean water. Repeat as often as needed.
